Hearing what other people say about a product – whether it’s good or bad – forms a big part of a customer’s buying decision. The more positive reviews there are, the more confidence one will have in a product, and the more likely someone will buy it!
That is why reviews are so powerful, and as product creators, you should never underestimate the importance of having reviews for your product.
